How It Works
With their permission, share a traveler’s contact information using the form below so we can make an introduction.
An Expedition Advisor will reach out to help them find the right journey, and waive their $300 planning fee.
Once your referral confirms a booking and meets the deposit requirements, we’ll notify you that your reward has been earned.
Apply your reward to a new booking within two years—or transfer it to another client. Your check will be mailed 30 days after the trip.

Terms & Conditions
Expedition Trips travelers will earn a $500 Referral Reward for each qualifying booking made by a new traveler they refer. A “new traveler” is an individual who has not previously booked with Expedition Trips. There is no limit to the number of new travelers an individual may refer, but only one Referral Reward may be earned per referred booking, regardless of the number of travelers included in that booking.
To qualify, the referral must be submitted through the official referral form on the Expedition Trips website. The referrer and referred traveler must be different individuals. Self-referrals and referrals between members of the same household are not eligible.
A Referral Reward is earned after the referred traveler confirms a qualifying booking and meets the deposit requirements. Expedition Trips will notify the referrer when the reward has been earned.
Each Referral Reward is valid for two years from the date it is earned and must be applied to a new booking within that period. The associated trip may take place after the reward’s expiration date, provided the new booking is confirmed, and the reward is applied before it expires.
Referral Rewards may be applied only to a new expedition cruise booking made through Expedition Trips by the referrer or an eligible recipient to whom the reward has been transferred. They may not be used in connection with land programs, airfare, travel insurance, or other third-party products or services, and they cannot be applied retroactively to an existing or completed booking.
The $500 Referral Reward will be issued by check and mailed to the reward recipient 30 days after the completion of the trip associated with the booking to which the reward was applied. Only one Referral Reward may be applied to a single booking.
Referral Rewards may be transferred to another Expedition Trips client before being applied to a booking, but the reward’s original expiration date will remain unchanged.
Referral Rewards are non-refundable. Once applied to a booking, a Referral Reward cannot be reinstated, transferred, or applied to another booking.
Referral Rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly authorized by Expedition Trips.
Expedition Trips reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
