Reflections of a Top Travel Specialist
Expedition travel is like stepping through the cover of a National Geographic magazine, a unique immersion into some of the most remote and awe-inspiring places on Earth. As a former expedition leader, naturalist guide, and avid traveler, I’m passionate about the amazing destinations and experiences our world offers, and I am truly fortunate to spend my life helping people plan trips of a lifetime. I’ve had the absolute pleasure to help plan positively amazing trips. The energy, excitement and anticipation of planning such epic journeys are infectious and I thoroughly enjoy being connected to the people we work with and the process of planning their adventures. Nothing makes me smile more than hearing the stories, or seeing the pictures and videos you return home with. And to be recognized for doing what I love is a great honor.
I was thrilled to recently learn that I had been selected as a “Top Travel Specialist” by Condé Nast Traveler magazine. I would like to say "Thank You" to all of our wonderful and loyal clients who have been a joy to work with and helped make this happen. It’s only possible with your love of the amazing world around us and the desire to experience it firsthand. Thank you for entrusting us with your dreams and allowing us to help you plan true trips of a lifetime. Having worked for more than 20 years in the expedition travel industry, it is thrilling to receive this great honor and to be recognized as an excellent resource for your trip planning needs.
The ExpeditionTrips team and I are excited to continue helping you discover new and exciting journeys across the globe, making more travel dreams come true and inspiring people of all ages to get out and discover our world through experiential travel, while sharing our years of expertise and knowledge as passionate travel experts. Just this year, our team has journeyed to the high Arctic to explore Baffin Island and Greenland, climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and to the sweeping plains of Africa’s Serengeti, swam with sea lions in the enchanting Galapagos Islands, and kayaked with penguins in Antarctica. We’ll continue to bring you exceptional service and new destinations...where will you go next?
