Overview: This 47-passenger vessel is a sturdy expedition ship, designed for active exploration in the Galápagos. The dining room and lounge feature full-height windows providing a beautiful panorama, and she carries a fleet of four Zodiacs for remote landings. The Islander offers a superior education program -- the naturalist guides and expedition leaders are some of the best in the Galapagos. She has a complete range of snorkeling gear including wetsuits as well as a Splash-Cam and video microscope. A video chronicler is also onboard shooting, editing, producing and duplicating a unique video / DVD of your trip. Also available: Fitness Center, open bridge policy, email, library, spa services, laundry service and onboard doctor.

Cabin Description: All cabins include private facilities, and two of the category cabins feature outside terraces. All are above the waterline with outside facing windows, intership telephone, radio and climate controls.

Main Deck: 207 – 210; 301 – 302 (Sole occupancy available) – Centrally located cabins feature 2 lower single beds, or queen bed and a window.

Category 3
Bridge Deck: 303 – 306 – Conveniently located, cabins feature 2 lower single beds, or a queen bed and window. (Note: Cabins 305 & 306 can accommodate a third person.)

Category 4
Upper Deck: 403 – 408 – Spacious cabins feature 2 lower single beds, or a queen bed, and window. Outside glassed in terraces with seating.

Category 5
Upper Deck: 401 and 402 – These are the largest cabins. They have either two lower single beds or a queen bed. All have a desk, chairs, table and large window. Outside glassed in terraces with seating.
