National Geographic Endeavour Testimonials
Antarctica Cruise - The Peninsula National Geographic Endeavour, December 2007 Working with ExpeditionTrips was very positive and my program manager was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would book future trips with you again. The staff, guides, and crew were exceptional. The captain and the whole expedition team provided a true adventure. This trip went well beyond my wildest expectations. It was beyond description! The earth's last true, vast, pristine wilderness is incredible. (more) Doug Tait; Arroyo Grande; CA

Antarctica Cruise - The Peninsula National Geographic Endeavour, January 2007 My experience was very positive. The organization on the ship was great in getting us on and off the zodiacs in such great speed, always having a zodiac available if someone wanted to go back to the ship early and always having a back-up plan if the first was not available. I just have fabulous things to say about the entire experience! (more) Barbara Koch; Palm Desert, CA

Antarctica Cruise - The Peninsula National Geographic Endeavour, January 2007 My experience with ExpeditionTrips was fabulous and Joy was wonderful. The staff, guides and crew were so helpful and knowledgeable. The only improvement would be to get us a list of more details about the ship, internet etc. a little earlier. The service was fabulous. The crew and staff on the ship are too fabulous for words, so polite and accommodating. They were just superb. The trip exceeded my expectations. It was worth every penny and then some. It was simply fabulous and truly a trip of a lifetime. I don't think any trip could be better. (more) Lynne Humphries; Richmond, TX

Antarctica - The White Continent National Geographic Endeavour, December 2006 Our experience working with ExpeditionTrips was positive. The naturalist guides knew their subject matter and were anxious to share what they knew. They were enthusiastic and conveyed their enthusiasm to the passengers. The ship's crew was willing to let the passengers on the bridge at all times and shared details on navigating the ice filled waters. The ship's course was altered from time to time to provide the best viewing of ice, landfalls, whales, seals and more. The service crew was courteous, pleasant, efficient and unobtrusive. A nice extra was that one of the naturalists was also a professional photographer who shared some helpful tips on photographing natural scenes. We were inspired by readings on Shackelton’s and Scott’s explorations, and the trip surpassed our expectations. Jack and Marion Lipson; Washington, DC

Antarctica Cruise - The Peninsula National Geographic Endeavour, November 2006 This was an amazing trip and everything was done right. I would not know how this trip could be improved. You guys did a good job. I wish I had a little more advance notice on all the finalities of the trip, but then that is because I left a little earlier than everyone else. The captain and crew are astonishingly brilliant, naturalists are extremely knowledgeable and Antarctica brings it all together for an unforgettable experience. If I decide to go into the freezer again, I will strongly consider a repeat visit on the National Geographic Endeavor. I'd love a trip to the pole, maybe even an extension to the Ross Sea, but I have not one complaint and only praises for the entire trip. (more) Nathan Dye; San Dimas, CA

Antarctica – The White Continent National Geographic Endeavour, November 2006 Joy was a great help guiding us along the way. We really appreciate her help. LanChile was a great airline—fantastic service. The trip far exceeded our expectations—even though we went on an earlier trip. We all ran out of words to describe what we saw and felt. I can't think of how it could have been improved—attention to every detail was astounding! (more) Sue and Wayne Young; Morristown, NJ

Antarctica Cruise - The Peninsula National Geographic Endeavour, January 2006 There is no way Joy could have done better. We felt she was doing her utmost for us and we are very much impressed by this. Our only way to communicate with Joy was over the Internet and she was fantastic at responding as soon as I had the smallest of questions and we got everything we asked for!!! ... and more! People onboard the Endeavour were impressed that we had bought our trip over the Internet from an agent in Seattle. But gosh, it was like Joy was our neighbor. We got to be friends!!! Antarctica Cruise - The Peninsula National Geographic Endeavour, January 2004 I had a wonderful trip and ExpeditionTrips services were excellent. I certainly appreciated your well-informed advice. Working with ExpeditionTrips to set up my trip was an excellent experience. They are most knowledgeable of the Antarctic, were responsive to my questions and were able to guide me to just the right trip to meet my limited time window. Antarctica - The White Continent National Geographic Endeavour, December 2003 I would definitely consider ExpeditionTrips again and recommend you to others. You were marvelous -- very accurate in your assessment of the different trips and objective and clear throughout the process. Your support prior to the trip was incredible. The honesty and integrity of the service is great. We loved being in Antarctica for New Year's Eve with the incredible sunlight at almost midnight reflecting off the surface of the glaciers and the icebergs. What a way to start a year...on the seventh continent, the last pristine place on earth. (more) Becky Frederick; Chicago, IL
