Lorraine Chachere grew up in San Diego and completed her undergraduate studies outside of Boston.  Lorraine’s international travels began on a trip throughout Bolivia after having joined Renacer Boliviano, a Bolivian folkloric dance troupe based in Chicago. Upon completing culinary school, Lorraine traveled to Quebec, France, Morocco, and Thailand for additional cooking classes. She has explored the natural landscapes of New Zealand, Iceland, Ireland, and Costa Rica. Lorraine appreciates the immense diversity within the U.S. as well and has a personal goal of seeing all 50 states before turning 50! In her free time, Lorraine enjoys hiking, cooking, dancing, and traveling. She has been fortunate to have encountered people who have helped her make the most of her travels and in return strives to offer a high level of service and hospitality to those planning their own adventures.
